How and where can I make cash withdrawals? You can withdraw money from any of thousands of ATM locations displaying the logo.
When are ATM fees reimbursed? ATM fees are waived up to $6.00 each statement cycle.
How will I receive my bank statements? Each month through the US Mail, you will receive a printed statement and images of your checks that have cleared. You can also view your account activity by signing in on this website.
Can I bank by telephone? Yes. If you don't have access to a computer or the Internet, you can access your account by calling toll free at (800) 735-2465 and select option (1). Enter your User ID and password, and you can get your account balance, transaction history and transfer funds between accounts.
How do I access my account? You may access your account online or through our automated telephone system by utilizing your User Name and password. To log in to your account online, simply sign in on this website. To access your account via telephone, dial (800) 735-2465 and select option (1). If you forget your ID or password just call us at the same number.
