Can I speak with a live person? Our bankers are available from 8:30 a.m. PST to 4:30 p.m. PST Monday through Friday. Simply call toll free at (800) 735-2465, or send an e-mail to service@CalFirst.com.

Are CalFirst accounts FDIC insured? Absolutely. Each depositor is insured to at least $100,000 by the FDIC. For more information you can visit the FDIC Website.

How can I open a CalFirst account? CalFirst offers a variety of options that allow you to open your account quickly and easily. You may either:

Complete an application online

Apply over the phone by calling (800) 735-2465

Print out the application and mail it to us at P.O. Box 2509, Santa Ana, CA 92707-0509

How do I make my initial deposit? There are several options available to you for the initial funding of your account.

If you would like to wire funds directly from another bank, simply provide the other financial institution with:

We don't charge you a fee for incoming wires, but the sending bank may charge you a fee.

How do I make regular deposits? We have a variety of options available to you:

Automatically direct deposit funds you receive on a regular basis, such as your payroll or pension check.

Mail your deposits to us. We'll provide you with free postage-paid self-addressed envelopes. If you don't have an envelope available or would like to send your deposit via overnight delivery, our address is:

How and where can I make cash withdrawals? You can withdraw money from any of thousands of ATM locations displaying the  logo.

When are ATM fees reimbursed? ATM fees are waived up to $6.00 each statement cycle.

How will I receive my bank statements?
Each month through the US Mail, you will receive a printed statement and images of your checks that have cleared. You can also view your account activity by signing in on this website.

Can I bank by telephone?
Yes. If you don't have access to a computer or the Internet, you can access your account by calling toll free at (800) 735-2465 and select option (1). Enter your User ID and password, and you can get your account balance, transaction history and transfer funds between accounts.

How do I access my account?
You may access your account online or through our automated telephone system by utilizing your User Name and password. To log in to your account online, simply sign in on this website. To access your account via telephone, dial (800) 735-2465 and select option (1). If you forget your ID or password just call us at the same number.

What if I forgot my User ID or my password? We know that these things happen. Just call us at (800) 735-2465 between 8:30 a.m. PST and 4:30 p.m. PST for help with replacements. Or send us an email at service@CalFirst.com.
