Please do not include your social security number, account number, or any other personal or financial information in the content of the email.
In Case of Errors
You have the right to obtain information about you, including your application and details of your account use. If you believe there is an error or you have a question about your account, write to us at California First National Bank, Attn: Account Inquiry, 4 Executive Circle, Suite 120, Irvine, CA 92614. Send a letter to us as soon as possible after you become aware of the possible problem. Please do not e-mail this information to us. We must hear from you no later than 60 days after we sent you the first statement on which the error or problem appeared. You can telephone us, but doing so will not preserve your rights.
In your letter give us the following information:
- Your name and account number
- The dollar amount of the suspected error
- Describe the error and explain, if you can, why you believe there is an error
If you need more information, describe the item you are not sure about. We will respond to you within 30 days.
